Hi Lesley,

Bobo arrived safe but he was a bit scared after those many hours away from us. He curled up inside the blanket when we picked him up and we didn't even know whether he was still inside the crate... quite funny actually....

I wasn't very impressed with Emirates neither, the fact that they actually accepted the booking and didn't really offer an immediate solution. Karen was great, i'm pleased she could take Bobo for the night, otherwise i would have been really panicking. Please thank Pacific Blue for helping out - they were wonderful.

Hi Lesley,

Just to let you know that Mavis is with me and absolutely fine after her travels. I collected her at the animal reception center at Heathrow yesterday morning and was very impressed with the whole process.

They had a lovely waiting area and once I handed in the papers Mavis was brought out within 5 minutes.

The staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful and I cant thank you enough for all your service and enabling this all to happen.

She seems to have settled into her new home and I have no worries about her at all.

Rascal is a happy Kiwi cat abroad now, and settling in quite
nicely I hear. Barb picked him up the next day - I am still in NZ -
and she tells me that he is his usual self, so a big spoiled softy!

Carl arrived safe and no worse for wear after his long day. He has tucked into a good feed and a much needed pit stop!. We had no trouble this end on collection.

Just had a lovely phone call from the fellow at World Wide Animal Travel in Vancouver. Range is doing great. he bounced out of his crate to greet the fellow ( Bruno ) and has been for a walk and pee and will be in a nice place to relax for a couple of hours before his next flight. Thank Lesley for arranging with this company , they seem terrific. He even gave me his cell number in case I have any questions. I feel so relieved .

The trip went very well! Very long but went well

The Perth lamp posts are great! (approx a 3 min first introduction to one when he got out of his crate Te He)

The crate worked very well indeed

Customs etc went very well in Perth. He still had his blanket, Kong, and harness with him.

Really went nuts when he saw his ma and pa

Was so tried when he got home he couldnt keep his eyes open

Picked them up and all went well. Had to leave the crates at the airport, as they didn't fit in my car. The guy at Air Express told me they have 150 of them in the back yard, as they fit in noones car.

Hi lesley, Suzi was not at the airport she was at the Cargo
Terminal. Only 8 min from airport. After that she hat a vet check and il had to go to the zoll and get her original paper that took a long time. I was at Frankfurt at 5.30am and i got suzi at 11.00am.She was fine and happy to see me. Thanks for everything you done for me and Suzi .

Hi Lesley, we are home but it was a hard trip for the animal, especially smulan

Milo arrived safe and sound - thanks.

Just for your info - he's settling in really really well. We have been out walking Thursday night, Friday morning (not with me), Friday afternoon (not with me), Friday evening, Saturday (twice with me, once not) and today for two hours in the afternoon, but he spent the day out and about with me - he loves going out in the car. There is a huge pond on one of our routes which he loves to plunge in to cool down. He is sleeping soundly on the veranda now, has regained his appetite, and is getting used to the tropical heat. Getting (of course) lots of attention, pats and compliments on what a beautiful dog he is every time we go out - and he lapping it up.

Have been meaning to email you and thank you and your staff for taking good care of the puppies transport to Sydney. I have been away in New Zealand for a few weeks showing the family my new 3 month old baby boy (human not puppy).

The pups have been doing well in the ring collecting a few Group awards and were not fazed at all by the trip on the plane. Thanks again for your help and have a great trip to Oz.

She made it safe and sound!!! Looks great and happy- lost a fair bit of
weight but that is very fixable. She was very relaxed and non chalant when
she saw us. Cant complain. She is home now playing with her toys and lying

It`s great to have Kaya we picked her up and she is good, ablt subdued and seeems knackered but very pleased to see us. The customs guys who had to check her microchip thought she was v funny leeping about and playing talking. Once again thankyou from the bottom of our hearts.

Firstly thanks very much for all that you did for us, and especially for
the work that Karen did for us just before we left she was a real star, she
